Returns Policy
We want you to love your 123-Bear purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@aegizus.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
